The culture applauds weight-loss as the picture of health and perfection;however, there are things to consider before commenting on someone’s weight loss.

✅ The Main Point: a person’s physical changes should be handled with caution. Respect their discretion.
Instead of speaking on weight loss or gain consider asking the person how THEY are doing.

They can choose to share or not.

❗️If you are concerned that something serious is happening take time to observe first (habits, behavior, and talk).

If you approach them with concern it is all about your words, your tone and doing so in private.
